Pinecrest 90 percent finished---we have a ceiling!

Hello,
It's been a long two years with this house. You probably know how it goes, you get to a point where things are livable and then it's easy to put off the little things that make the big difference...like lights and a finished ceiling!
While the cornovirus pandemic has changed everyone's lives the last three months it's also given us the gift of time. It's been really nice to spend time with ross and the boys. We also used this time to finish up some of the lingering house projects big and small. Here are the final products!
1. Ross installed a beadboard ceiling and I put on my bike helmet and helped.
2. I painted our brushed nickel ceiling fans a smoky, charcoal black. And added a custom design to the kitchen fan.
3. We finally hung our pendant light from Target
4. We hung our Ikea track lights on a salvaged piece of shiplap from a early 1900s home.
5. I refinished and sealed our spool table.
6. I repainted the kitchen wall for the third time. Finally landing on my favorite color in our house. Mountain Road by SW which is also the color of our living room, bedroom and laundry room walls.
7. Ross laid all the baseboards.

It's so good to have the house feeling homey and finished. Two more big projects to go: Master bath and the outside. But for now those two may have to take a back seat for the summer as we will be focusing most of our energy on our first house flip! Make sure you follow as we will be much better (I swear) about documenting the process.

Enjoy the pics!
