805 finished and sold—life update

Hey it’s been a while. A lot has happened since Christmas 2015 as you can imagine. The biggest news is I accepted a new job and moved to Ruston, LA, in October 2016. This was not planned so it was quite a scramble, especially getting the 805 finished and on the market ASAP.

It was bittersweet to finish. Finally it was everything I had envisioned, and I didn’t get to live in it fully completed. I hired out to do the bathrooms while I was in Ruston. They turned out fantastic. Never used! I seriously considered taking the 6 hour trip back to Tahlequah just to take one shower in the master bath.

But alls well that ends well and it sold in early 2017 after being on the market for about 15 days. The adventure went full circle, and I learned a lot in the process.
